Hi, I'm Saanvi — a digital artist specializing in semirealistic portraits in my artstyle.
I started drawing as a kid learning traditional art professionally, but it wasn't until I found semirealism and digital art that things clicked. There's something about that space between photorealistic precision and painterly expression that I love — it lets me capture not just what someone looks like, but something closer to how they feel to know.
Since then, I've spent 5+ years refining my process: starting from using krita, to now procreate, studying light and skin tone, and slowly building a style that's recognizably mine. Every portrait I take on is still a little bit of a challenge - likeness is unforgiving, and I've learned to treat every piece as practice, not just output.
What I care about most is making commissions feel personal. Whether it's a portrait of someone's partner, a pet, or a character close to their heart, I want the final piece to feel like them — not just technically accurate, but emotionally right.
